1. Our commitment

At Bright Autozone Private Limited, we take all customer concerns seriously. We have appointed a Grievance Officer in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, to address any concerns regarding our Website, our products, our services, or your personal data.

3. How to file a grievance

Please include the following information in your communication so that we can investigate efficiently:

Your full name and contact details (phone, email, address).
A clear description of the issue or grievance.
Date and approximate time of the incident.
Any reference numbers (booking, invoice, vehicle chassis number, dealer name) related to your concern.
Supporting documents, photographs, or screenshots, where applicable.
What outcome or resolution you are seeking.

4. Response timeline

Acknowledgement: within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.
Resolution: we aim to resolve grievances within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Complex matters may take longer; in such cases we will keep you informed of progress.
Data-protection grievances under the DPDP Act 2023 will be addressed within the timelines prescribed by the Act.

5. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may escalate your concern through the following channels:

National Consumer Helpline — 1800-11-4000 or consumerhelpline.gov.in
Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission — file a complaint with the District, State, or National Commission as per the value of the dispute, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Data Protection Board of India — for grievances relating to personal data processing under the DPDP Act 2023, once the Board is operational.

6. Confidentiality

All grievances and the information you share with us are treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of investigation and resolution. We will not share your details with third parties except as necessary to address the grievance or as required by law.
